AWM360 Data Systems, together with its long-time SAP client AfriSam, will use the Mastering HR & Payroll with SAP Solutions Conference taking place 11-13 April 2016 in Johannesburg to demonstrate the power of SAP in combination with dorma+kaba Group technology.
AWM360 is a leading supplier of technology to the Human Capital Management (HCM) workforce and HR markets. It is also the premier and preferred system integrator for dorma + kaba, a global manufacturer of access control and digital security solutions.
AfriSam has been a client of AWM360/SAP for many years and has, since 2007, used the dorma + Kaba solution supplier to run its entire workforce management operation.
The leading supplier of construction materials and tech solutions has positioned the dorma + kaba B-COMM ERP5 – SAP ERP solution as the central platform through which to orchestrate and manipulate its workforce capability.
The Kaba B-COMM ERP 5 – SAP ERP integration platform is used to facilitate data exchange between the terminals and SAP HCM, as well as with the older Kaba B-Net 9300 and latest B-web 9300 series terminals.
This is a powerful story and Guenter Nerlich, MD at AWM30 Data Systems plans to use the first day of this conference, on 11 April, to offer to the conference audience a detailed account of the relationship.
“The fact is that AfriSam has expanded its operation into East Africa, and Tanzania specifically under the Tanga Cement banner, and has leveraged its investment in the flexibility and scalability of this technology – especially the benefit of automation.
This terminal infrastructure is differentiated in a competitive space by its level of adaptability to new environments, easy and reliable operation and high system availability as well as reliability in very challenging environmental environments.
“The solution is scalable to meet all necessary standards relating to enterprise-wide processes such as statutory and contractual conditions that can be defined by the user and by law. The system also ensures compliance with working-time rules and regulations… and this level of flexibility and practical functionality is invaluable to our client,” says Nerlich.
This powerful example of industry-collaboration reflects the increasing influence of SAP-based ERP technology.
